The Role
Is this you? We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed Administrative Assistant at Dollis Primary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional administration service to pupils, staff, visitors, parents and other internal and external enquirers, as well as providing general administration, financial administration and data input to support the schools as required. They will also undertake reception duties as required, ensuring all visitors are appropriately greeted and registered on the school visitor system.
This role will suit someone who has had experience of working in an educational setting; knowledge of Arbor would be an advantage but by no means essential.
The post holder will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure that the school office and reception area at Dollis Primary School remains at a consistently high standard.

Our School
Dollis Primary is a diverse and friendly school, situated in Mill Hill on the 221 bus route and within walking distance of Mill Hill East Station (Northern Line underground) and Mill Hill Broadway (overground).
It is a two-form entry school, with 463 pupils on roll and 58 members of staff.
Our aim is for our children to be happy, confident, motivated and independent learners, and we support them in every way to be the best they can be. We have high expectations and aspirations for all our children and encourage them to recognise that they have many talents and strengths and to have a 'can do' attitude to new challenges and experiences.
